Beautiful Food

La gente que me conoce bien sabe que, aunque en general suelo ser una persona mañosa, la cocina, definitivamente no es lo mio. Me encanta comer, casi diría que es un hobby! salir a cenar a sitios nuevos, descubrir nuevos sabores.... pero cocinar, lo confieso, me parece una tarea demasiado larga, que requiere mucha atención y paciencia, para lo rápido que después desaparece lo creado...

Precisamente para intentar interesarme por el mundo de la cocina me apunté a un curso de cupcakes. Siempre me han parecido taaan monos! Creía que sería una motivación, pero desde entonces no lo he vuelto a intentar!... y me da penita, porque la verdad es que son muy resultones, ¿os gustan?

The people who really know me would never say that I´m not  a 'good with hands' person. But I have to confess that I have a weakness: the kitchen. I have to say that I love food! Discover new restaurants and flavors is almost a hobby for me....but cooking.... uuff... It seems to me a very long task that demands a lot of patience. And the result desapears to fast!

Because of that, trying to motivate myself to cook I enroled in a Cup Cake course the last month. The Cup Cakes are soooo cute! I though that I become more interested in cooking if the food is as lovely as that...but I think that it din´t work!! I have never cook Cup Cakes again since then, and is a pity because they are so pretty! Do you like it?

Belly Dance debut

Otra de mis pasiones, aparte de dibujar es bailar. Concretamente danza árabe. LLevo casi 6 años dando clase y por fin a llegado el momento de volar sola. Este domingo yo y otras dos amigas debutamos en un restaurante marroquí rodeadas de amigos! Hemos preparado nuestro bailes con muchas ganas e ilusión , así que espero que sea una gran noche!! :)

Another of my pasions, apart of drawing is to dance, especially belly dance. I've been dancing for 6 years, and the moment to fly alone has come. Next sunday me and two friends will debut in a Moroccan restaurant surrounded by our friends. We have work very hard in ours choreography's so I hope that the sunday night will be a great success!! :)

New Project

Con motivo de la celebración el día 8 del día internacional de la mujer trabajadora estoy realizando una serie de ilustraciones para un cartel y una pancarta para la ONG Calcuta Ondoan. Se trata de reflejar que es un alucha universal, en la que tanto hombres como mujeres está implicados. Esto son solo unos de los personajes que usaré en la pancarta, os mostraré el resultado :)

On 8th March we celebrate the International day of the women, for this reason I drawing some illustrations for a posters for the NGO Calcuta Ondoan. These illustrations reflects that the fight for the equality is universal, an both, men and women are involved. Those are only a few characters of the poster, in the next days I'll show you the result :)

Parece ser que este año lo último son las plumas de pavo....Yo ya tengo unas :P

It seems that this season the most fashion are the peacock feathers... I already have ones :P

Web Illustration

Este es hasta ahora el trabajo más importante que he hecho de ilustración, y estoy muy contenta con él. Se trata de una serie de imágenes para adornar la web de la empresa en la que estoy haciendo mis prácticas (www.imaste-ips.com). Es una empresa que trabaja para países de todo el mundo y con clientes como HP, Google, L'oreal, British Council... así que es pero que mucha gente pueda ver mis ilustraciones :)


This is since now, the most important illustration project that I´ve developed, and I´m very proud of it. It's a serie of images to illustrated this web: www.imaste-ips.com. I'm doing my intership in this company which has clientes all around the world with enterprises such: Goolge, HP, L'Oreal, British Council... so I hope taht my drawings will be seen in so many places for so many people!! :)

Este año he hecho la ilustración del christma de la empresa en la que estoy haciendo mis prácticas. Es una empresa de desarrollo web, por eso a la derecha de la imagen se puede ver a un chico tecleando código html "navideño". He preferido hacer una foto a la tarjeta en vez de subir la imagen .jpg porque me hacía mucha ilusión tener algo impreso en calidad :)

Merry Christmas to everybody!! This year I've designed the Christmas postcard of the entreprise in where I´m doing my intership. It is a web enterprise, because of that on the right of the illustration you can see a boy writting "christmas" html-code :) I've posted a photo of the card instead of the .jpg image because I've never had a drawing print in hi-quality and I feel very happy with that.

Working with html..

Ya había cogido carrerilla en esto de actualizar el blog, pero me he vuelto a retrasar.... y me da mucha rabia, pero con las prácticas que estoy haciendo en una mepresa de web y la preparación del trabajo de final de máster (otra web) no estoy teniendo tiempo para dibujar nada! Esto es lo que hago tooooodo el día, picar código, como los esclavos en las minas :P...pero en aproximadamente un mes seré libre y tendré una bonita página web que ya compartiré con vosotros :)



These days I´m really very very veeeeeery busy with my intership in a web enterprise, and doing my master final proyect (a portfolio web)....so as you can see what I do all the day long is write HTML... and I have no time to drawn :( Well, in a month I will be free again and I will have a beatifull portfolio-web that I will show you :D
