En esta entrada he querido hacer un "making of" de una de mis ilustraciones, ya que hay mucha gente que me pregunta cómo las coloreo. Pues aquí teneis el proceso, que es un poco desastre ya que en este sentido soy totalmente autodidacta y seguro que hay maneras más sencillas y lógicas de hacerlo. En resumen, empiezo sacando una foto con la web-cam a un bocetillo que me guste (sería mejor con el escáner, pero me da pereza! :P), y a photoshop! después lo primero que hago es definir con morados y naranjas las zonas de luces y sombras (nunca, nunca! usar negro) y poco a poco a partir de ahí voy sacando el dibujo adelante centrándome en los detalles. Una vez terminado suelo añadir capas con diferentes modos de fusión para unificar el tono o resaltar zonas de luces :D
Los pinceles que uso son los que vienen por defecto en photoshop, unos de mis favoritos son los "pinceles secos". Espero que os haya gustado, estoy intentando un nuevo estilillo más realista.

Hello! this time I want to show you a "making of" of one of my illustrations. Many people ask me about how I colorize my drawings, so here is the answer. The first thing that I do is to take a photo of one of my sketchs with my web-cam (I'm usually to lazy to do it with the scanner :)) After that I open photoshop and I apply the lights and shadows with yellow and purple (never use black!)....then I work all the details. At the end I used to apply some canvas with differents fusion modes to unify the tone and stand out the lights and reflections.
I use the default brushes. I especially like "dry brushes".
I hope you like the explanation, and the new more relitic style that I'm experiment.
